Violent Incident in Odessa Leads to Hospitalization

A violent incident in Odessa has resulted in the hospitalization of a 30-year-old man with stab wounds to the abdomen. According to local sources, the altercation took place on Academika Filatova Street, stemming from a heated dispute between the victim and a shawarma vendor. The tension escalated to a critical point, culminating in a knife attack just half an hour before the nightly curfew began.

After sustaining his injuries, the victim managed to reach City Hospital No. 10 on his own. Medical professionals assessed his condition as stable but advised ongoing observation for his wounds.

Law enforcement officials are currently conducting a pre-trial investigation under Article 121, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to causing serious bodily harm. If convicted, the perpetrator could face a maximum sentence of up to six years in prison.
