Update from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) has announced that the passage and movement of trucks in both directions at the border crossing point are operating normally. Currently, there are approximately 100 trucks waiting to exit Ukraine at this checkpoint, along with an additional 30 trucks weighing up to 7.5 tons.

«We encourage drivers and transporters to take this information into account when planning international transportation,» the SBGS stated.

Ongoing Protests at the Polish Border

Meanwhile, a protest blockade continues to take place at the Polish border, organized by farmers who have declared their intention to extend the blockade for at least the foreseeable future. The farmers are voicing their grievances and calling for attention to their demands.

Trucking Operations at Ukrainian Border Remain Stable Despite Blockades

The operational status of the Ukraine-Poland border crossing remains steady, with the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reporting normal traffic flow for cargo trucks. Currently, the checkpoint is experiencing a wait time for around 130 trucks, comprising 100 large trucks and an additional 30 smaller vehicles with a combined weight of no more than 7.5 tons. The SBGS urges all drivers and logistics companies to consider these conditions while planning their international routes to avoid potential delays.

In a contrasting situation, protests led by farmers at the Polish border have entered a critical phase, as demonstrators have vowed to maintain their blockade for an extended period. These protests reflect significant ongoing tensions, as farmers seek to emphasize their issues and demands to authorities. This situation may affect the broader logistics and supply chain dynamics at this busy crossing point.

With international transport continuously navigating both government updates and evolving civil actions, stakeholders are advised to stay informed and agile in their operational strategies to mitigate disruptions.
