Significant Drop in Water Levels of the Dnieper River in Kyiv
The water level of the Dnieper River in Kyiv has experienced a remarkable decrease following its peak during the spring flood season, according to Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Recent reports indicate that the water level has fallen by 34 centimeters in just one day, now measuring at 573 centimeters above sea level. The current water temperature in the Dnieper stands at 13 degrees Celsius.
Fortunately, the city has not recorded any incidents of flooding, and both industrial facilities and residential areas remain safe from any potential risks.
