New Educational Institutions Under Construction in Lviv

Lviv is set to enhance its educational landscape with the construction of a new school and kindergarten on Pid Holosko Street. This initiative marks the third such project supported by socially responsible companies aiming to uplift the community through enhanced educational facilities. According to Deputy Mayor Lyubomyr Zubach, upon completion, the school will be handed over to municipal ownership.

Current activities at the site include preparatory work, which entails relocating utility networks and preparing the area for construction. Additionally, architects are addressing various challenges posed by the complex terrain of the location.

The design of the school emerged from a nationwide architectural competition, with Guess Line Architects securing the winning bid. This competitive selection process reflects a commitment to high-quality and innovative design for educational spaces.

In conjunction with the school, Resident Development is also investing in the construction of a small kindergarten adjacent to the new school building. Both institutions will ultimately belong to the municipality, reinforcing the community’s investment in its future.

Once completed, the school will accommodate up to 450 students, while the kindergarten will have a capacity for 70 children, significantly contributing to the local educational infrastructure and providing valuable resources for families in the area.
