This is a story about 25-year-old Gennadiy Tamulevich from Luhansk
Who not only serves in the Armed Forces, but has always dreamed of success in sports. Even after losing his leg, he did not slow down and is now mastering a sports prosthesis at the «Unbreakable» center in Lviv.
Gennadiy is a military officer with a wealth of experience
Who has participated in the defense of Ukraine on various fronts. His military path began during the war in eastern Ukraine, when Russian troops occupied his hometown of Pervomaisk. After finishing school, he entered the Odessa Military Academy.
Gennadiy actively participated in battles, but in April 2022, he was injured
Resulting in the amputation of his leg. After a long period of treatment and recovery, he returned to service, not giving up on his dream of running.
Now Gennadiy has a new sports prosthesis, specially created for him at the «Unbreakable» center
This allows him to run again, albeit on an artificial limb. He took his first steps on the new prosthesis, running the first three hundred meters. It was difficult, but he decided to start his comeback to sports.
