The State Property Fund Auction
The State Property Fund recently conducted an auction on June 12 to sell off the assets of the historic state enterprise, Zirnensky Distillery, located in the picturesque village of Zirne in the Rivne region.
Three enthusiastic participants entered the bidding war for the assets, with the object being valued at an impressive 18.77 million UAH. In the end, the title of winner was claimed by LLC Businessfactorservice, who made an offer of a substantial 60 million UAH.
About Zirnensky Distillery
With almost 120 years of heritage under its belt, the Zirnensky Distillery boasts a daily capacity of 2300 dal. The enterprise holds a total of 52 real estate properties in its portfolio, including workshops, warehouses, garages, and 4 land plots. Additionally, it possesses 31 vehicles to aid in its operations.
Despite its rich history and impressive assets, the distillery is facing financial challenges in the form of overdue creditor debts amounting to a staggering 86.5 million UAH.
