Missile Attack in Chuguev: Casualties and Destruction

Today at approximately 4:00, the Russian armed forces launched two «Iskander» missiles in the city of Chuguev. The police of the Kharkiv region reported that the first missile hit the ground near a residential building, creating a crater measuring 4.7 m by 4.5 m and a depth of 3.2 m. The second missile also struck the ground near another building, creating a crater measuring 3.5 m by 4 m and a depth of 1.7 m.

As a result of the shelling, nine people were injured, including a 14-year-old boy who was taken to the intensive care unit of the local hospital in critical condition. Additionally, 10 cars caught fire and were completely destroyed, and residential buildings, shops, and administrative buildings were damaged.

Investigators, forensic experts, and explosives technicians are working at the scene. A criminal case has been opened regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
