Russian Forces Launch Missile Strike on Residential Buildings in Kharkiv Region, Five Injured, One Fatality Reported

In a recent escalation of hostilities, Russian forces have carried out a missile strike targeting residential structures in the village of Velykyi Burluk, situated within the Kharkiv region. This alarming report was conveyed by Oleg Synegubov, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, through his Telegram channel.

As of the latest updates, five individuals have sustained injuries from the attack, and tragically, one person has been confirmed deceased. Rescue operations are currently underway, focusing on the debris removal from a two-story building that was severely affected by the strike.

Emergency services are actively engaged at the scene, providing essential assistance to those impacted. According to police reports, there is a growing concern that four additional individuals may be trapped under the rubble. The missile strike has caused significant damage, affecting not only the two-story structure but also impacting eight apartments, a private home, and two police vehicles.

The situation remains critical as rescue teams continue their efforts to ensure that all victims receive necessary aid and to uncover any potential survivors buried beneath the wreckage.
