On the embankment in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, a passerby discovered a grenade, the Kyiv patrol police reported.
The man informed the police about the dangerous find.
Inspectors who arrived at the scene cordoned off the explosive device and called investigators and bomb technicians.
The patrol police reminded how to act in case of finding dangerous objects:
-Do not touch or approach them under any circumstances;
-Report the find to the emergency service number 112;
-Do not allow other persons to approach the area where suspicious items are found until the arrival of the police;
-Immediately stop any work in the area where explosive items are found.
