In Volyn, a Fisherman-Poacher Detained
In a recent incident in the village of Humnyshche, the Volyn police detained a fisherman-poacher who had managed to catch a significant amount of fish. The man was caught red-handed by the Volyn Fishery Patrol police.
Confiscated Items
The poacher had 11 fishing nets confiscated, from which 136 fish were caught. Additionally, a wooden boat and paddle were seized during the operation.
Legal Action
The authorities are considering including information about this event in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations, under Part 1 of Article 249 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
