Pension Indexing in Ukraine Expected in March

It is expected that pension indexing will take place in Ukraine in March. According to preliminary estimates, the final increase will be 13%. However, not all Ukrainian pensioners will feel this increase. Those who retired less than three years ago, receive high pensions, or receive amounts below the minimum, will not expect any increases.

Journalists note that the indexation will affect those who receive a pension below the minimum level, but in fact, it will only compensate for the difference to the minimum pension. Therefore, for this category of pensioners, the increase in pension in March will not be significant.
