Proposed Increase in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Tariffs

Public joint-stock company «Kyivvodokanal» is proposing to the National Commission for Energy and Utilities Regulation (NCER) to double the tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized wastewater treatment services over a period of three months. According to the regulator’s data, the proposed tariff changes are as follows:

April 1, 2024:

Centralized water supply for households: 17.57 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT)

Centralized wastewater treatment: 16.41 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT)

Total cost: 33.98 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT) or 40.78 UAH including VAT

July 1, 2024:

Centralized water supply for households: 21.42 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT)

Centralized wastewater treatment: 17.66 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT)

Total cost: 39.08 UAH per 1 cubic meter (excluding VAT) or 46.9 UAH including VAT
