Kyiv police detain man with over a kilogram of psychotropic substances
Kyiv police have detained a man on the beach «Troieshchyna» who was found in possession of over a kilogram of psychotropic substances, as reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
In the backpack of the 31-year-old man, a package containing 1.2 kg of the psychotropic substance PVP was discovered.
The perpetrator is currently in custody and faces up to 12 years in prison with property confiscation for the possession and purchase of illegal substances. Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
