Lviv Galitsky district court sentences narcologist for drug distribution
The Lviv Galitsky district court has sentenced narcologist doctor Sergey Likhovid from the Brodov Central City Hospital for falsifying medical documents and illicit drug distribution. An investigation found that Likhovid was issuing fake prescriptions for narcotic drugs and selling them through intermediaries using hospital official forms. He has been given a suspended sentence and is now awaiting further legal proceedings.
