Decrease in Water Level in Dnipro River Within Kyiv
After reaching an absolute peak during this spring flood on April 18, the water level in the Dnipro River within Kyiv has significantly decreased. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv city military administration, Serhiy Popko.
Current Water Level and Temperature
According to him, the water level in the Dnipro decreased by 34 cm in one day, and as of April 19, it is at 573 cm above the «0» level. The water temperature in the Dnipro is 13 degrees Celsius.
No Emergencies Recorded
No emergencies of flooding have been recorded in the city. Industrial facilities and residential areas are outside of danger zones.
