The Berestynsky district may appear in the Kharkiv region

The Berestynsky district may appear in the Kharkiv region, which is planned to be renamed from Krasnogradsky. It is also planned to rename seven settlements in five districts. The decision was supported by the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada at a meeting of the committee on the organization of state power, local self-government, regional development, and urban planning on April 10, said the first deputy chairman of the committee Roman Lozinsky.

List of planned renaming of settlements:

Bogodukhiv district:

— the village of Michurinske — to Symirenkivske;

— the village of Oleksandrivka — to Klynova-Novoselivka.

Krasnogradsky district:

— the village of Oleyniki — to Motuzivka.

Kupyansk district:

— the village of Pershomaiske — to Myrne;

— the village of Pershomaiske — to Manuilivka.

Lozivsky district:

— the village of Panyutine — to Lymanivka.
