In the World Hockey Championship in the Czech Republic, one of the most interesting matches of the group stage took place. Canada defeated Finland with a score of 5:3.

Finnish hockey players quickly scored two goals, but the Canadians were able to equalize in the first period. In the second period, Finland took the lead again, but Canada responded with a goal from defender Owen Power.

The decisive goal came from Brandon Hagel in the middle of the third period, and Canada scored the final goal into an empty net.

Thanks to this victory, Canada now has 14 points and shares the top spot in the group with Switzerland. Finland remains in fourth place with 7 points.

In another match, Germany beat Poland 4:2. The German team now has 12 points and is in second place, while Poland has 1 point and is in the last position in the group.
