Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal called on government bodies to reduce electricity consumption at a Cabinet meeting on June 7. In particular, he demanded that officials in state institutions stop using air conditioners and limit external lighting of buildings and adjacent areas.
«We are working on reducing energy consumption, and it starts with us. Today we issued the relevant order to all government bodies regarding the reduction of electricity consumption,» Shmyhal said.
