Ukrainian Air Defense Forces Down Another Russian Su-25 Fighter Jet
In a significant development on the battlefield, Ukrainian air defense forces have successfully shot down another Russian Su-25 attack aircraft in the Pokrovsk direction. This incident marks the second occasion this month that Ukrainian defenders have managed to bring down such a jet.
The Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops «Khortytsia» reported that Ukrainian forces targeted and destroyed the Russian Su-25 while it was bombarding positions of the Ukrainian defense near Donetsk.
«Our anti-aircraft gunners have once again showcased their high level of professionalism and precision by bringing down the second Su-25 combat aircraft this month. Thanks to their efforts, Russian aviation has lost yet another military asset. The Pokrovsk Triangle has become even more perilous for the enemy today,» stated the press office.
Each downed aircraft represents a significant victory for the Ukrainian military and a blow to Russian forces.
