In Zaporizhzhia, young people attacked a courier during food delivery
In Zaporizhzhia, two young people attacked a courier during the delivery of food from a restaurant, after which they fled with the goods.
The report of the incident was received by the police on July 16 from the restaurant administrator. Upon arriving at the scene, the police determined that one of the attackers used tear gas against the courier while the other took the package with food.
With the help of a police dog, the authorities identified the attackers and their whereabouts. It turned out that they were 20 and 19-year-old residents of Zaporizhzhia.
Both were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Investigators informed them of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 186 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. They face up to 10 years in prison for this crime.
