Introducing Bill No. 11331 on Economic Reservation

People’s Deputy Dmytro Natalukha, head of the parliament’s committee on economic development and a co-author of bill No. 11331, recently discussed the new initiative in an interview with Radio NV. The bill aims to provide a quick way for companies with the right to strategic reservation to streamline the process.

Challenges with Current Reservation System

Natalukha highlighted the inefficiencies of the current Government Resolution No. 76, which regulates the reservation of employees in most enterprises. He pointed out that delays and lack of response in the reservation process have been causing significant product losses for companies, particularly in the defense industry.

Enhancing Reservation Process

In response to these challenges, Natalukha and his team have developed an additional tool for economic reservation. This new system will run parallel to the existing strategic reservation process, providing companies with a fast track option to secure reservation quickly.

«Economic reservation is like a fast track at the airport — it’s an additional tool that companies can utilize if they have the resources for it,» explained Natalukha. The goal is to streamline the reservation process and minimize delays in production and procurement for companies with the right to reservation.
