Electricity Consumption Restrictions in Ukraine
Starting tomorrow, June 5, restrictions on electricity consumption will be implemented for both residential and industrial consumers in all regions of Ukraine. The press service of Ukrenergo on Telegram announced that these limits will be in effect from 00:00 to 24:00.
Ukrenergo also warned that regional energy companies have the authority to disconnect power on an hourly basis if consumption limits are exceeded. Today, emergency power outages were already carried out in several regions, including Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, and Khmelnytskyi.
