In a recent incident in the Obolon district of Kyiv, police stopped a scooter driver who was moving in the opposite lane. The man showed clear signs of intoxication and displayed aggressive behavior, trying to avoid communication with the patrol officers.
Three administrative protocols drawn up against the violator
According to the press service of the capital’s patrol police, three administrative protocols were drawn up against the violator. The man, identified as the driver of a Yamaha scooter, was found driving in the opposite lane and displaying signs of drug intoxication. Despite his attempts to flee, the police quickly stopped him and attempted to conduct a medical examination, which the man refused.
