Intense Shelling Hits Three Districts in Donetsk Region

Over the past 24 hours, three districts in the Donetsk region have been affected by intense shelling conducted by Russian forces, according to reports from Vadim Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.

Impact on Pokrovsky District

In the village of Ocheretino, one person tragically lost their life, and two others were injured. Two multi-story buildings sustained damage. An air strike hit the village of Krasnogorivka, while the villages of Ekaterinivka and Yelizavetivka were shelled by artillery. A missile strike also occurred on the outskirts of Pokrovsk.

Shelling in Kramatorsk District

Yampolovka and Terni villages in the Liman community were shelled in Kramatorsk district. Slavyansk experienced shelling in the morning, resulting in damage to two multi-story buildings. Villages in the Konstantinovska community were also targeted.

Damage in Bakhmut District

Toretsk saw two residential buildings and an infrastructure object damaged, while Shcherbynivka had three buildings affected. In the Chasovyarska community, 14 private houses and one multi-story building sustained damage. Severesk also faced damage to two buildings and two non-residential structures.

Throughout the day, the Russian forces carried out 12 shelling incidents on settlements in the region. A total of 59 individuals, including three children, were evacuated from the front line areas.
