The Hydrometeorological Center of the Black and Azov Seas reports that the rainy weather will continue on April 21 and 22, which may worsen the situation in the city.
The city council stated that as a result of the bad weather, 15 trees have already fallen, some of them damaging parked cars. One of the large trees collapsed on Gazovyi Lane, temporarily blocking traffic.
Eight teams of utility workers are working to deal with the aftermath. They are cutting fallen trees, cleaning drainage systems, and ensuring the restoration of roads.
