As of 19:50, Synegubov provided an update on the situation, stating that 5 people were injured and unfortunately, one person died. Rescue operations are ongoing, with efforts to clear the rubble of the two-story building.
Efforts to Rescue Victims
Emergency services are on site providing necessary assistance. Police report that there may be four more people under the rubble. A two-story building, 8 apartments, a private house, and two police cars were damaged in the attack.
